Alli's #2 "Happy Day" in St. George

Alli and I took a little trip back to St. George for a visit while Brian had Ortho interviews all across the country-we wished he could have joined us, but we will celebrate the real birthday at home with him.  While we were there we celebrated an early "Happy Day"( as Alli calls it) with all of her fun cousins.  We did a Toy Story themed party since Alli J.  LOVES Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and Bullseye!  She asks to watch this movie on a daily basis.  We rode the real "Bullseye," played some games, had our traditional pinata and some great food (my Grandma Snow's homemade chili, chips and dips etc)! We had a great time and Alli absolutely had the best time with all of her cousins-we may just need to start the party earlier next year so we can keep on partying all night long!:) Here are a few pictures of what went on...
Some of the food beginnings...
Alli loves her cousins she adores them and was giving hugs all around.   Emma and Alli are 6 months apart and sometimes get asked if they are twins:)
Alli is wearing my old belt and belt buckle-they are a little big on her, I guess my belly was more round than hers at this age:)
A few of the cousins waitin to ride Bullseye
Alli and Papa riding "Bullseye"
More hugs to go around, this time with Landon who is 1 year older almost to the day.  Alli's b-day is Nov.1st and Landon's is Nov. 2nd

Games...timed barrel racing with stick horses and bean bag toss into the bucket

 The Pinata

Alli wasn't quite sure after the first hit-she doesn't really like to hit things and is a little sensitive so she ran to her older cousins for comfort and protection-I thought it was very cute and Tanner and Connor were very sweet with her...
While Alli was being comforted, the pinata hitting went on and boy did it go on and on-we should have pulled out the big big guns, but after 3 rounds we decided to use the kiddie pull strings:)

The most exciting part...the candy of course

The cake(with ghetto hand writing) and blowing of the candle-Alli had this one covered, she didn't even need any help

AND the eating of the cake...Alli requested a fork this year instead of going in head first:) I was hoping she would just dive in with her hands, but somewhere along the way she has grown up on us :(
All the kiddies got some of these yummy aliens from the movie with gumball eyes and sour gummy candies for the ears, antenna and mouth

Opening all the fun gifts

We had so much fun and are glad everyone could come and celebrate Alli's "Happy Day" with us!
We'll see what next year has in store for us!:)  Thanks everybody!
